Real estate sales records are meant to be broken.
And once again, Driven Properties has not disappointed with the closing of a property in the Villa Amalfi development on master-planned Jumeirah Bay Island in Dubai.
The five-bedroom, 4,558-square-foot townhouse set a new high bar of AED 35.5 million (about US $9.67 million) making it the most expensive townhouse ever sold in the United Arab Emirates city. Negotiating the deal were ultra-high property specialists Kianoush Darban and Lina Allaoa, announced Driven Properties founder Abdullah Alajaji.
“Jumeirah Bay has outperformed every area in Dubai in terms of price growth over the past two years and has become the most sough-after destination for ultra-high net worth individuals,” he said. “Following the success and sellout of our project on the island, Sea Mirror, we have seen a surge in demand for other properties sitting on the island, most notably Bulgari Residences and Amalfi.”
Among the attractions of coastal Villa Amalfi are the rooftop terraces views, which take in both the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. Designed for contemporary living and incorporating high-end finishes, the homes are built around a private park and feature a range of community facilities. The Bulgari Hotel Yacht Club is a short walk away.
This is not the first record that Driven Properties has broken. The company’s list of achievements includes the sales of the most expensive piece of residential land in Dubai – also on Jumeirah Bay Island — for AED 70 million (about US $19 million), the most expensive penthouse in One at Palm Jumeirah for AED 85 million (about US $23 million) and Dubia’s highest recorded price per square foot sale at the Bulgari Resort and Residences at 12,624 AED (more than US $3,400) per square foot.
